Prepare for Shipping
Carefully repack your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure the furniture remains undamaged during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
Once approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or coordinate a specialized freight pickup for larger furniture pieces at your convenience.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
